How Smart Mail works

1. Mail arrives. Envelopes go into your assigned locking mailbox, which you can access with your physical key. Parcels are held securely for pickup.
2. We send a photo. We photograph the outside of the mail piece and email it to you.
3. You decide. Tell us to hold it for pickup, forward it, open and scan it, or shred it.
4. We handle it. Your mail moves only when you tell us what to do.
